Crockateemore Passage Tomb, Ballyvoy

Map reference: D158418 (3158, 4418)

This site occupies the higher ground close to Ballyvoy Court Tomb. Most of the cairn has disappeared. The main remnant is a circular kerb, about 15m diameter, containing about 40 stones. These are mostly low boulders incorporated within a cultivation bank. They form possibly the largest stone circle in Co Antrim but should be considered as a remnant of a Neolithic tomb rather than a free-standing circle.
