Milltown Wedge Tomb

This tomb has a well-preserved burial chamber. The sides and ends are all of single slabs about 45cm thick. The roofstone, which varies in thickness from 20cm to 40cm, rests on the sidestones. The chamber is about 2.4m long. At the west end it is 1.55m wide and 1.05m high. The height and width decrease from west to east.
