Ballyloughlin Standing Stones
Map Reference: J391342 (3391, 3342)
A large standing stone is set into a roadside fence. It is 3.2m high by 90cm wide and 8cm thick. On the other side of the fence is a smaller stone 1.6m high by 1.4m wide and 80cm thick. The stones are about 1m apart and may be part of a larger structure.
There is reference in the past to "10 or 12 pillar stones standing in a circle". This may refer to a true stone circle or the facade of a court tomb.
