Inishmacsaint Church and High Cross

Inishmacsaint has the ruins of a rectangular church, 18.3m by 7.2m. Only the N and S walls remain. At the E end of the S wall is a small pointed window possibly dating from the late 13th century.



Outside the church, near the SW corner, is a tall plain cross of uncertain date. It is about 4.3m high. The shaft is a broad thin slab and the arms and top are made of one stone and splayed towards the ends.
