Grace Wooden Pump

The Grace Family was established in Dublin in the latter half of the 18th century and operated a large grocery business. During the next century the business became concerned with the supply of wood and wooden artifacts. By the end of the 19th century they were making pumps, particularly wooden pumps. This pump is thought to be the only surviving Wooden Grace Pump.
