Collinstown, Lusk

This pump as made by Tonge & Taggart, Dublin. It is completely different to some of the T&T pumps in Naul and Lusk. The shaft is fairly plain with some raised bands. The spout and bucket-hook are plain and there is a stepped dome cap. The head of the pump is inscribed Tonge & Taggart, Dublin and there is a decorative roundel (also found on other T&T pumps) which seems to have an Irish inscription which may say 'Made in Ireland'. I would appreciate help from any Irish scholars out there. The handle has a pinecone/acorn terminal.
