This pump was made by the Dundalk Iron Works. It has the same design as the pump made by Manisty which is in Omeath. It has a plain round shaft and no ribs on the spout. This distinguishes it from the pumps at Louth Village and Essexford which were made at the Park Stret Foundry, Dundalk.







The cap is very similar to the caps on standard Joseph Evans and Lee, Howl pumps. It may be a replacement but it has been on this pump since the early 1980s.
